They belong to the high-tech sector, specifically the automotive and robotics industry. In two 2022, German companies announced an expansion in Jalisco for more than 6 million dollars, after the successful tour of the Jalisco delegation to the Hannover Messe trade fair. They invested in industrial infrastructure which allowed them to expand their operations, thus favouring the economic spillover generated in the state, the creation of direct and indirect jobs and technology transfer.
