Jalisco has programs to strengthen the training of talent. Know the incentives we have to promote the development of Jalisco’s workforce.

To encourage the attraction of foreign capital, we have the following incentives for companies seeking to relocate:

Payroll Tax Incentives

(ISN)

$60,000,000 MDP

The resource equivalent to the payment of the Payroll Tax is granted for the jobs generated by your company.

Investment attraction

$27,000,000 MDP

Aimed at companies that wish to invest in Jalisco, emphasizing those in the high-tech sector.

Supply development with

MIPyMES 

$30,000,000 MDP

We want micro, small, and medium-sized companies to join the supply chain of new investments.

Government incentives

Program areas Strengthening talent training:

 

  1. Specialized training.
  2. Subsidy for talent training (linkage and financial support with universities and companies)
  3. Support for students who stay in companies.

Industry 4.0 services 20 – 40 companies

that provide service to industry 4.0 that allows them to consolidate or grow.

Investment attraction 15 – 30 companies

benefited to attract investment with emphasis on those from the upper sector technology, with additional score to those that belong to the Business Alliance because of the weather.

Industry 4.0 supply 20 – 40 MSMEs

for the acquisition of equipment, infrastructure, certifications and training specialized.

ISN Incentives

40 - 70 companies An incentive equivalent to the ISN payment is granted for those jobs that the companies have created or improved.

Energy Fund (Jalisco State Energy Agency)

Groups together the industrial demand for electrical energy
  • ■ Investment greater than 1,000 million pesos that will provide availability of around 400 MW of electricity supply.
  • ■ Public-private strategy in which companies participate as investors and the Government as manager and facilitator.
  • ■ Generation of electrical energy at a lower cost than the CFE and management of paperwork in less time.
  • ■ Ensure the provision of electrical energy to groups of companies.
  • ■ Any interested company can participate in the trust through the Energy Agency of the State of Jalisco and SEDECO.

Water supply

A historic investment of more than $6,792 million pesos has been made to promote sustainable water management projects.
  • ■ Priority has been given to the creation of new infrastructure and the consolidation and modernization of the existing one for the supply, purification, distribution, collection, treatment and reuse of water.
  • ■ Projects:
    • ○ El Zapotillo Dam
    • ○ Aqueducts
    • ○ Deep wells (increase availability to 82 liters per second)
    • ○ El Ahogado Plant
    • ○ Santiago River Basin Sanitation
